I develop devices for healthcare applications. Specifically, I develop methods/technologies for hemodynamic monitoring within and beyond the confines of an ICU setting.

The synergy between physics-driven technology and cardiovascular physiology has significantly improved patient care, allowing tailored treatment plans in Intensive Care Units (ICUs). Beyond ICUs, wearable devices using physics-driven technology aid in early disease detection and health monitoring. This growing interest in health devices and the changing priorities of the world to achieve a better quality of healthcare presents opportunities for individuals like me, with a reasonable understanding of electrical engineering and cardiovascular physiology, to explore technologies that enable easy measurement of hemodynamic parameters for disease prognosis.
